Contract: A signed contract is mandatory when binding
an event.
Deposit: A deposit of 25% of the total cost is required to
secure your date. Contract for services shall not be
effective until the deposit is received. The deposit is non-
refundable and non-transferable.
Contract Add On: The desire to add additional people to
a signed contract will require a one week notice. Prices are
subject to change and additional add-ons will reflect
current prices.
Returned Check: A $25.00 fee will apply and additional
bank charges.
Cancellations: All cancellations must be made at least
14 days prior to the agreed upon date of the event.
Otherwise a 50% service charge of the total cost (less the
deposit for contracted services) is still due. “Deposits are
non-refundable”.
Trial application: A $35.00 fee will be added to the
service rates. This is a charge for a 45 minute consultation
with an application.
Travel Fee: .48 cents per mile, starting from Pittsburg.
Mobile Fees for trial runs and the day of the event
makeup are separate charges for each service.
Parking fee: All parking fees will be added to the final bill.
